5 story mixed use building in the heart of downtown Jersey City. OMC involvement in this project included the design of staircases, steel connections and the production of complete set of steel shop drawings including structural steel, staircases, railings, and misc. steel. Challenges include the design of heavy connections for transfer steel beams at the 2nd floor level.
