We are an engineering design firm. We are currently looking for a part-time structural design engineer to join our company.

The ideal candidate must have basic knowledge for residential/commercial building in reinforced concrete, steel and masonry. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is essential. Experience with engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, or RAM are a major plus. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience with the preparation of calculations, structural analysis, engineering drawings, and specifications for structural design, as well as demonstrate a working knowledge of the New York City and International Building Codes, as well as material codes.

The candidate will be working on the projects from start to finish. The candidate must have the ability to multitask, must have great communication and writing skills. The candidate will be working closely with other engineers and support staff to assure our project goals are met in a timely manner.
