The historic Krueger-Scott Mansion will be reinvigorated with the previous owners’ entrepreneurial spirit through co-working, office space, event space, workshops, and community-centric events.

Behind the Mansion, new construction will include 66 apartments (affordable and market-rate), 10 commercial spaces, a greenhouse, a demonstration & commercial kitchen, a courtyard, and an event space.

OMC’s involvement in this project included the design and coordination of steel connections and the production of a complete set of steel shop drawings including structural steel, staircases, railings and misc. steel. Challenges include the Connection design of long cantilevered beams.
