Concrete cantilever balconies that cut material costs by 10–15%.

Singh Tower is a 29-story, 285-foot mixed-use residential high-rise at 626 Summit Avenue in Jersey City. The project originally called for steel-framed balcony assemblies. Through a structural value engineering study, our team redesigned the balconies as reinforced concrete cantilevers integrated directly into the primary slab system - improving constructability, reducing long-term maintenance risk, and delivering measurable material savings while maintaining full code compliance.
